OPTIONAL 400 MILE RACE
Will take place 15 or so days after the 350 Mile Final Race.
The 400 Mile Race activation will be $200 per pigeon.
15% of the 400-mile entries will be retained for expenses.
There will be 7-day activation period prior to the 400 Mile Race.
The payouts are based on 100 activated birds
